About Coach

I began my athletic journey in swimming, competing at a national level until the age of 15, a period during which I developed discipline and technique in the sport. Later, I joined my school's football team, which allowed me to experience teamwork and strengthen my collaborative skills. For the past five years, I have been practicing CrossFit, competing in the RX category, and solidifying my passion for functional training and high-performance sports.

Turning Point

There was a time in my life when I lost the motivation to continue with sports. The monotony, lack of results, and mental fatigue made me question if it was worth it. Regaining that motivation wasn’t easy, but I forced myself to reconnect with the reason behind my efforts, to redefine my goals, and to find ways to enjoy the process again. Changing up my routines and surrounding myself with inspiring people made all the difference. Little by little, I rediscovered the passion I thought I had lost, and it not only transformed my performance but also my life.

Motivation & Passion

I’m a coach who truly enjoys seeing the progress of my students. I’m passionate about helping them push their limits, both physically and mentally, and guiding them toward their goals. The progress they make, not only in their performance but also in their self-confidence, is what motivates me to continue growing as a coach.
