Our CrossFit Foundation Course consists of 3 one-to-one sessions over a 1 week period that is designed to introduce our new clients to the fundamental movements of CrossFit and how to scale them according to your fitness level.
They take place every week at a time that suits you.
Each class builds upon the previous and is carefully structured to allow you to seamlessly transition into the regular classes upon completion. There is an emphasis on coaching each movement and gradually increasing the intensity.
